It also increase the hopes of higher voting percentage in forth coming phases. According to past experience whenever voter turn out become higher shows that they want change.

Bahujan Samaj Party can say that in 2007 when voting percentage remains 48% BSP attains clear majority figure. But at that time BSP wins seats instead of voting percentage. Congress as well as SP cheers on high voting percentage. One of the reason for their happiness is that the high number of youth voters seems in rows in polling booths whose percentage are one third of total. Muslim community also show aggressiveness towards voting instead of critical weather.

Punjab and Uttranchal has also become the victim of high voter turnout along with Uttar Pradesh which fingering toward a new pattern. High voter turnout is not the result of Anna protest but it also play vital role. In Urban areas people also show their interest toward voting. Whatever be the result all parties believe on youth power. Following are the youth powers of different parties-

Rahul Gandhi's thinking may be that their statement to form government on his own can impress the voters. He think that by acquiring this type of attitude his party might be able to get the votes of those who are disappointed due to policies of BSP and SP.

The other reason for this attitude could be his indication that Congress sitting in opposition in case of triangular assembly. According to some Congress leader, if no party achieves clear majority than UP is ready to face President Rule. After few months when repolls will occurs it will go in favor of Congress. There are some Congress person still opposed the Rahul Gandhi policy of solitary nature. They believe Congress along with SP and RLD will form the government.

In his first Congress-RLD joint rally in Meerut he got standing ovation in comparison to old Congress and RLD leaders. He gave reminder of Late Chaudhary Charan Singh. Jayant also not promises the reservation to Jat community in jobs as his father and Congress leader Digvijay Singh did but he talks about creating new jobs and vacancies for them. His this type of thinking lifting up his politics from cast and community based politics.

Lack of youth leadership in BJP and BSP

Bhartiya Janta Party fielded Uma Bharti seems younger than other party leaders. She should prove as a effective leader in Bundelkhand region but inside the party she fought intensely.
