Registered voters will receive text messages and voice calls from 24-hour call centres on their registered cellphone numbers. For not so tech savvy persons, around the clock support is available to callers at the toll free number. From January onwards, voters can get their voter slips through SMS also. To get this service, a person will only have to SMS his EPIC number to a particular number that will be announced soon.
