Though he was active in the state politics, this election would be the first time when the reign of samajwadi party in Uttar Pradesh is completely in his hands (atleast for campaigning and results of SP in Uttar Pradesh assembly elections 2012).

Both are young (as compared to ages of other politicians).
Both main agenda would be to highlight failures of Mayawati's government to come to power.
