High deposition of fat cells in the body causes cellulite in the skin. It also indicates that your health in not in good shape as cellulite indicates retention of fluid in the body, bad circulation of fluid and also lack of exercise and uncontrolled food habits. You should also remember that cellulite takes time to appear and a longer time to repair. Cellulite is very distressing and it should be controlled at the initial stages. Stress is also another reason for development of fats in the body.

Sliced cucumber with skin mixed with a little olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and parsley to counter the smell of garlic makes a wonderful salad which you can take every day. You should avoid canned and processed foods.
Massaging the affected area with anti cellulite creams into your skin is effective but it is usually the movement while applying than the cream that is effective. Ivy is an important ingredient in many skin care products and grinded ivy is very effective when applied in the affected area. When you see cellulite developing on a specific site of your body, you should focus more on that particular site. Cellulite may not be cured permanently but can be reduce drastically with proper skin care and change in lifestyle.
