Hello Pawan, I don't think that recent speech by Sonia Gandhi in UP, where she criticized other parties for not utilizing the development money(1 Lacs Crore) sanctioned by the central government, will make any impact in Voters mind?. The reason being that development has never been hot topic in Uttar Pradesh assembly elections. The only thing people look is the topic of caste and religion which is very sad.
