Electiom commission seems helpless about capturing the false expendiature details given by candidates after election. Gopal Prasad an RTI activist ask the EC about expendiature indian or foreign details of Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi rallies of Congress from 2005-2011. In answering EC gave the only details that at 2nd March 2009 Congress have 3 Arab rupees and at the end of election at 28 May 2009 Congress have 3 Arab 37 crore rupees by cheque and 76 crore 38 lack by draft. EC fails to gave the data Indian,foreigner and unknown donators.
