The party manifestos may change the direction of voters mind in the context of the party. But again it depends upon how they take all the things in to the consideration.
It will also depend upon how they create the strategy for the direction and how they they represent it.

Hello Anurag,
I think, manifesto of political parties in Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections are full of false promises. One party is over leaping other party in distributing free stuff. However we should note that, no political party is giving anything away from its pocket. It will be tax payers hard earned money which these political parties will be looting in the name of distributing stuffs free of cost.
