Hello Pawan,
In my opinion creating such parks with elephant statues and her own statues of Mayawati all over Uttar Pradesh is just a waste of public money. You might be aware that every single elephant is made up of crore of ruppees. If this money was invested in development ofUttar Pradesh, Then UP would have been a much better place to live in.

Hellow Pawan ji You raise a good question. As far as construction of parks are concerned is not a fault because in big cities like Lucknow or Noida there is not such large places left for organising of large public meetings and fairs but use of these public places formed by government money to demostrate their power is not good. Political leaders should known that personalities like Mahatma Gandhiji,Jai Prakash Narayan ji and others became famous due to their unvaluable works to social system not by making statues so if they work in walfare of people of state then public also formed their statues in public places as well as in their houses and hearts.The statues can be destructed as they become corrode but good works never corrode or destroyed and remain alive as the earth.
