Hai Raghu,

Yes, I agree with the poll as well as the forum message that the Cover letter is one of the important front face for your Resume(Bio data) as it gives the brief introduction about your self with the technologies you have mentioned so that the recruiter can easily search your profile based on the cover letter and they need not go through your actual CV(Curricula Vitae).
