From a kid of uttar pradesh to a lad of karnataka

It all started a decade back ,when the word "ENGINEER" was thrusted into the society, which engulfed the youth of the state for more than one reason. In an era where survival is not just limited to earning bread, the word "Engineering" widened the horizons, keeping hopes of the youth kiss the clear skies. An inspiration to rise above all has been the key ingridient of an engineering aspirant of today. The above discussion doesn't mean that engineering is the only source of employment for people of uttar pradesh. The fact is that the strength of engineering students ending up being skilled professionals has increased manifold. However the biggest irony perhaps for an engineering student of uttar pradesh is that,he has to look for opportunities in the southern part of india.Major giants being in karnataka, andhara, kerela and tamil nadu. The state of uttar pradesh has a little to offer and entice an engineering graduate. He who makes it to the prestigious organizations is no less than a living example of a tough survivor.Coming from a state which produces more than 4.5 lacs engineers a year,a lad has to have more than what is expected of him. This has been a hallmark of a student from uttar pradesh.Time and time a student has to prove his mettle to make others acknowledge his presence. This is where i feel, the need to innovate arises. Why a person who survives the toughest storms fall a prey to competetion?

Kushagra thanks for sharing this good information with us that the state of UP has been producing good number of Engineers but fail to withstand the stiff competition from all quarters. Given the present situation of education in the state producing over 4.5 lakh Engineers is a great figure to ponder over.
