Associating existing googleadsense

When I tried to associate my existing google adsense wiyh this site I got an e-mail from google adsense team that "you have requested to use google adsense through indiareviewchannel.com".It shoud have mentioned hamaraup.com.

What should I do ?

Yes Julia when i tried to apply for adsense i got same reply and the webmasters could not clarify me.

I also left as it is. In ISC too Google is going on asking me to submit the details already submitted to them. To be precisely i had submitted the required information five times but not yet got their approval.
