I wrote a poem in hindi but no matter how hard I tried[thrice] the summary and tags didn't appear after copying though the title and poem have. the summary was-jeevan ke do pahlu-dukh aur sukh.The tags were dukh,sukh.

Hi julie, Thanks for posting the resource in hindi language. But you have to write the title and summary of the resource in English. This will help your resource to crawl in Google Search engine. It is the main reason that you are getting question marks in summary and tags. Hope you have understood. I want you to edit and correct it and then re-submit it again.
