Farmers only get affected when flood like situation comes to their fields. else Farmers are smart enough to handle this much of rain.
There are only few areas affected by this rain which ruined the fields.

In my views our farmers has that much of strength and willingness to handle the situation which people staying in cities can not handle. Though its tough time to face situations like flood as Delhi's drainage system crashed totally due to common wealth games.

Farmers have their own way to deal. Only lower class is affected which stay near the river banks and that is true our Government is not doing anything just saying situation is under control.

Crops in some areas got affected nothing else.
Wish central and state governments to mint money from this situation.

In western Uttar Pradesh, rains have lashed growing areas where the crop was ready for harvest. The damage has to be assessed but definitely, the crop will lose lustre and there could be discolouration. The wheat scenario in the country is witnessing interesting twists and turns. Heavy rains that lashed Punjab and western Uttar Pradesh early this week have affected the crop.
