I agree with you but there are only few members to win the award. We first need to increase traffic to the site with great keywords and we will soon announce a contest here.
Keep posting and I know one day our portal will be highly maintained and give maximum output to ISC.

Thanks for your support and I wish you guys to support me further. I will soon discuss awards and contests with webmasters and site coordinators.
As per now there is very less traffic our site is having and we need to focus more on Resources and Business directory section. I request you all to please file as much as you can on both the sections to increase traffic.

If the webmaster will start running the contest and announce the winner even if few peoples are participating then it will increase the confidence of other members and they will surely participate in this website and will contribute more and then we will start getting more contribution and more traffic.. If no contest will be announced then few people will participate and hence less popularity then this website will not come to top search result in google and it will affect this website badly.

I agree with you Pankaj and going to announce a new contest here on hamaraUP.
I am waiting for approval. Just give me one or two weeks. We will soon announce a contest. You are right but if we do not have enough fund to distribute, then how can we announce awards. By the way we are trying to improve and members are gaining confidence again.
