CBI is under the control of Delhi.
And Congress party is having bad relation with Mayawathi.
Elections are round the corner and Congress will try to
weaken the Mayawathi govt from all aspects.
So, using CBI against Mayawathi will happen sooner or later.

I think its all about money. If CBI wants then there can take action within 1 minute. But there are not taking. What's the reason behind it. I don't know.

Well its all political compulsions.
Congress always wants a partner in UP to sail through. This time its eyeing Mayawathi.
That is the reason they are going slow.
