There are many things in Uttar Pradesh that we should focus on so as to make our UP a beautiful place to live. Up is one of the largest state of our country. It has got many problems which should be taken care care.
There are many concerns some of which are described as follows:-
1. The roads of the Uttar Pradesh should be developed
2. For Uttar Pradesh to be a better place to live, some attention should be given to the environment. There are many many areas which are very poluted
3. We should try to remove the corruptions especially from the government agencies.
4. More emphasis should be given to the quality of education rather than quality of education
These are only some of the concerns. There are many more but we should focus on the above mentioned qualities a bit more.

UP has many things to attend.
As per me the list goes likes this.
Literacy
--------
Illiteracy is the biggest problem of this state. Though Central funds are availble for the state its not utilised. UP lags behind sarva sikhsha abhiyan.
Jobs
----
No new job opportunities are created. Being an agricultural based state new avenues of employment are not being probed.
Development
----------
While the development of the state is restricted only to Lucknow ignoring other famous cities. Its beetter other districts to be developed the lines of Lucknow.
