Hi Arvind,

I think that currently there is no one to whom we can say the best CM of UP. If we talk about the future then it would be the Rahul Gandhi. Who can be the best CM of UP.

The CM of UP always marred with controversary.

Right from the begining being the biggest state every one was interested to become the CM of this state and in the process earned the wrath of the people for bad performance.

Even Mayavathi too is facing hostile support at many places in the state.

No one is there worth mentioning.
