I don't think so that Uttar Pradesh can't be like Gujarat.
Because in gujarat their is less corruption then UP.
In Gujarat their is good Security for the people. But not in UP.
And Their is Good Electricity Facility then UP.
And There are many more points.

Utter Pradesh is a better than Gujrat and if UP government starts giving facilities as Gujrat Government is giving, there is no doubt it will develop like Gujrat.

Yes you are right that if UP government start giving then only it is possible. otherwise forget it. In fact in UP most of the politicians are not honest. I am really sorry for saying this. But this is fact.

Well, UP has its own concern and is much broader state than Gujrat, So comparison never stand anywhere.
We need to decrease corruption from the state and need some Young politician who can influence political background in UP.
We are developing and you can see the development in Gaziabad and Noida.
This way we can give our state an international look.

Yes it will develop soon, Government is taking more attention towards developing Uttar Pradesh in this season.
