Hi Santosh,

According to you one wants to get a job in UP if he is a resident of UP. I think that if it is possible than it is a very good. But as you know that there are so many people living in UP so it is not possible to get the job for everyone in Up. There is no scope for IT in the Up so people have to migrate to areas such as delhi, Hyderabad, pune etc. So i think so that people wanting job in It sector have to migrate to other parts of the country.
