When you will submit any resource in resource section then by default you will get 0 or 1 points . After approving of your article,we assign some points based on your content of your article. Since your article got 5 points after approval so it is showing in alert that status is changed from 0 to 5.

Hi Santosh,
Status changed 0 to 5 means that when you had submitted the resource in the resource section at that time your points are 0 or may be 1. It is before the acceptance of the resource by the editors. But after the accetance of the resource in the recource section. Then your points are increased by 2 or 5 points. That means your status changed from 0 to 5.
