Hi,

No Uttar Pradesh can't be like Gujarat. Because Gujarat is the place where you can get less gonda gardhi, less thift, police is honest, politician are honest and less corruption. So, always keep in mind that where ever we stay is the best place. I am also from UP. So, never compare with other state.

Hi,

I would say that comparing any state with any other state is absolutely wrong. It should be kept in mind we should believe that where we live is the best place for us. Uttar Pradesh is Uttar Pradesh and Gujrat is Gujrat. Neither they can become us or we can become them.
