If you want to increase the trafiic on hamaraup.com. Then you have to do a thing that post the link of the website in as many as website you can do. Difinitely it will increase the traffic. And second thing you can start hte contest on this website. The inforamation of this contest should be flashed in each and every website of the spider technology.

I understand your problem of approving these members posts in resources sections. I will request them to post self-written and quality post in this site. Copy content may be very harmful for this site as wll as those members. Their Google account must not be approved by the Google. Here also I requested those members to post only quality and self written Resources. K. Mohan account is rejected by the Google. This is the proof and result of doing wrong thing.

Yes you are right. I am disappointed. Even i had also taken part in most of the section. I had given my time , energy, resource also. But then also i don't anything then that is wrong. No problem for me. Because i had associate my google adsense id. It will be beneficial for me only.

I want to give you some sugesstion for the Business Section. You should add some more otions while submitting the post in the business section in the combo box. I had try to add some business classified. But i was unable to select the option to add it.
For example:-
1) Architects
2) Irrigations ( which is for farmers, hotels, resorts, restaurents, home, etc.)
3) Fish Aquarium
And i will post more sugesstions for the business section later on. Reply it.

In the business section when we try to post business classified as Education-->schools. In that option there is a combo where we have to mention the medium of the school. It shows ENGLISH and TAMIL. As you know that the school in UP have only two medium and that is ENGLISH and HINDI. Please change those option. Reply it.

1) Noida.
2) Greater Noida.
